first things first Ia's song is now Liability by Lorde I have just decided this Right Now as I listen to it. I'm still trying to work out exactly who and what Ia is, but for now she's just a horse that's not really a horse, or not really anything, really, who likes to hang out on Mediterranean cliffs, walking at the bottom of the ocean, surface of the ocean, in the lazy breezy hills where the sheep like to graze - there but not really there. Lovable but nothing really there to love. Helps you find home if you need it, never really leaves. She's suuuuuper abstract and she's probably always gonna be super vague in my mind but that kinda sums her up. I guess she's everything in my mind that I don't understand but is there anyway. She's ever-changing, fluid, you can never pin her down. She doesn't stay in one place - she doesn't want to, anyway. She wants to see every wonder she hasn't (every animal, every event, every crevice of this Earth), be everything she wasn't already.

This is my late-night spiel for a late-evening doodle of my girl as I try to find my comfort place in my art and grow through it.
